Role of Citizens in
Pandemics is highly crucial. An understanding which demands the individuals to
analyze the ongoing health crisis and its management, living standards,
culture, economic origins and practices, guidance by the elderly know-how in
handling the catastrophic calamity, respect and accountability towards the
administration and authority of the belonging area and strict adherence towards
the personal interest of protection of one’s own life without jeopardizing
others as per the directions of the geographical governance.

ReplyDeleteEvery nation, state, district, taluka, town, village and even the house should have an emergency or disaster management plan. These plans to be a part of curriculum in educational institution. Also community heads, house head should teach and educate children about such disciplines and importance of living in critical times.

ReplyDeleteVery well said. The current pandemic which had confined all of us to stay in house will make every one realise three facts. Our life can be so vulnerable. In times of danger,. Our family is utmost important. Understand the actual needs of life. This should promote contemplated. The second stage of this should open up our minds and make people think beyond one's own family and start thinking of all being of fellow citizens, our earth, and nature with that. The very emergence of this problem is because of one up man ship attitude of few which endangers the human species itself. Provide safe accommodation and food for the downtrodden to curb the spread is the immediate need.

ReplyDeleteWell articulated sir. As covid-19 is a sudden pandemic occurence all over, definitely it is ones own liability to follow the guidances given by the management of public affairs during the health crisis times to minimize the spread. But any critical time never lasts forever " This too shall passes" is what the belief if we all support and follow the guidelines in a right way. As this is an unexpected freak all over the world we must not panic due to the state of emotional strain or demanding circumstances never before(learning and planning uncertainty helps). Last but not the least any difficult situation can be over come by understanding the reality and unconditional adhering to the situations in order to rescue ourselves everyone around us.

Dear Sir
ReplyDeleteThe experiences i carry adhering to public needs & alleviation of poverty ,catastrophy is of great magnitude i hope that this review would add value in dialogue, participation, policy making & management for future course of global ciitizens.
REVIEW :
The pandemic such like COVID-19 is all set & viewed as a new generation WAR called the BIO WAR as predicted by many philosophers & global strategists post 1991 cold war & disintegration of USSR.
The new age of war is a more to affect economies of enemies through close of trade, commerce, tourism, industria & other allied services creating a hue n cry in such panic driven situations.
Yes the world wasn't equipped to such situations but could have been prevented at least had the traditional functionaries of indian ethos n value systems been maintained , which is a daily practice still in rural India .Indian Home is a MEDICINAL HUB & remedial source where turmeric, garlic, ginger, clove, pepper, tulsi, pudina, lime, honey, jaggery, lentils, other spices, other herbs & vegetables are traditionally used to create high immunity in body .This is a SHASTRA use through Ancient wisdom passed on from one generation to another .
Simple Habits such like washing hands before eating & washing legs before entering ones house were practiced atleast till 1990's in major part of INDIA until the capitalisation, globalisation, industrialisation has led to development of urban colonies & infrastructure of substandard norms which is otherwise understood as REAL MAFIA in selling urban lands, properties, plots, colonies named as xyz nagars & chowks.
Yes we all need to live a quality life of highest standard but have we not compromised our quality of lifes in last 3 decades or more so.The development of unstructured colonies ,lack of urban planning infrastructure, drainage system, roadways, driveways is an indeirect impact of the rapid spread of such pandemic which is contact based & air based .Where are the vegetational trees which purified the air suck like NEEM,PUPIL,BADAM ,MANGO ,etc which were traditionally put in the backyard of every home substituted by HIGH RISE sofiscated buildings .
Our kids are now growing in such a vulnerable world addicted to AC's,TELEVISION sets, mobile phones, gadgets & online delivery food tools giving rise to young n obese population never like before.Same is the case with young adults whose disease fighting & immunity capacities are ever so low .
Yes all these at the advent of globalisation , privatiosation modernisation & lack of safety standards in housing, schooling, workplaces, driveways & market places .Please underline the word safety standard here as that is the root cause of the spread of the virus from a FOOD MARKET in clastrophobic 1.2 crore populous city of WUHAN to 800 crore population of the world is all happened within 90 days affecting 196 countries of the world .
I believe that we must all set a new safety guidelines from food that we must eat & not eat, market standards, housing standards, community design standards, city dwelling & urban dwelling standards every thing must be redone & reordered to highest safety, security & standardized measures all across the GLOBE.
There must a overall review of the nation which comes out winner at first in its win over this pandemic & the guidelines must be followed by the world ,as the GLOBAL community must now come in unison & on common ground to fight ,review, manualise, standardise & functionalise new set of guidelines for every one to benefit & follow especially for our generations to come in the lines of GREAT POP ARTIST MJ

FOR YOU & FOR ME & the ENTIRE HUMAN RACE"
